Welcome to the Texas State University Chapter of PRSSA!
General chapter meetings occur bi-weekly on Wednesdays from 6-7 p.m. in Old Main Room 320.
Meetings include guest speakers, workshops and panel discussions on all fields of public relations.
Outside of regular meeting times, we also participate in campus-wide events, community service projects, fundraisers and networking events from local to national levels.
Membership
Membership is open for all undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at Texas State University. Our membership consists of payment of both a national due and a chapter due paid annually.
PRSSA national dues are to be paid directly on the PRSSA website here.
Local chapter dues are to be paid to our VP of Finance, Megan @Megan-Kim-11 via Venmo
Full membership status is granted upon payment of both, national and local dues. With membership, students will receive a t-shirt (if applicable) and have access to guest speaker presentations, agency visits, and field trip attendance.
Once BOTH local and national dues have been paid, please email those receipts to our VP of Member Services, Hanna Prince -- ngl21@txstate.edu
Local Membership is $25 with a t-shirt or $20 without a t-shirt
National Membership is $55
